Jazz Festivals Review

The Jazz music industry is a conglomerate of sophisticated musicians and singers with unmatched and incomparable musical skills-set that dazzle the eyes and tingle the ears with the captivating sound of voices and instruments.

From contemporary to the enchanting and hallucinating sound of fusion jazz, It seems there's no limit to what today's jazz musicians can do. Regardless of genre, Jazz performing artists are in a league by themselves. They are completely liberated and unpredictable, so you can't contain or confine them.

It mostly happens to jazz music fans. You thought you've seen and heard the best until another performer takes center stage and reminds you that the show is far from over and the best is yet to come.

The fact is. A new generation of jazz musicians and singers has emerged, and if you haven't seen or heard of them before, you should plan to attend the next Jazz festival at Fort Adams state park in Newport, Rhode Island.

The festival has gotten more diverse over the years introducing new flavors of pop, funk, hip-hop, and jazz music evenly sprinkled over three days of live entertainment. Some of the crowd's favorite has returned to relentless cheers, loud applause, and standing ovations.

There's always something special and unique at the festival, but with the passing of George weine, the founder of the Jazz festival, not sure what the future holds. One can only hope that the new administrators continue to bring new and exciting artists that defy the conventional, raise the bar, and leaves a lasting impression on the listening audience.
